Just that really - I've a constant ache where I've scar tissue from s previous 3rd tear and cut with first baby. Don't remember this much discomfort with second pregnancy. Has anyone else experienced this? Is it normal? Combined with the most horrendous piles ever, I'm so uncomfortable sitting or walking. Argh! Any tips??!
