Hi ladies.

As my title says I'm suffering really bad with my mood swings. I had them before but could always control them but now I can flip and be really nasty. It's got that bad last night my OH wanted a night away from as he couldn't stand to look at me or he with me. I need help badly. If anyone knows where or what I can do to help I will be grateful :)

Might be wort chatting to your midwife? Could be a sign of antenatal depression and they can provide therapy etc. Worth a go at least!

I thought that too but I don't feel depressed or anything. I can be really happy and then if I don't like it I can be so horrible and say really hurtful things that after saying them I just sit in the corner and cry
