They've started with a vengeance tonight. I also get a bit of a weird head rush type thing each time. I know it's not labour after the wonderful memories of last time! - but this is totally normal right?!

Yep, completely normal 
I've had them since 16 weeks this time. I have been using a magnesium spray supplement which I think has made them a bit less...squeezy.
