Should I asked to be induced?

37+1, GD diet controlled, severe asthmatic, getting lots of chest tighness & back pain. Feel bad saying this but just want baby out now, feel it will be good for both of us. I have a MW app tomorrow so should I asked to be induced following week?

I was seen by my consultant at 32wks whom suggested for me to be induced at 38wks as baby could get distressed if asthma & chest tightness continues... But this gone monday I was feeling well so that's what I told midwife, but past 2 days again I've been feeling rubbish!

Anyone been induced at 38? Outcomes? Could I still give birth naturally? How do they induce?

I must sound really daft right now, but I'm a first time mum to be with a baby brain right now lol!

Hope I can get some advice on here x
