Worried about miscarriage

I have had d and v over the weekend and my breast tenderness has disappeared. I've been looking on the nhs website and these can be symptoms of miscarriage, really worried now. Does anyone have experience of this?

I think everybody is worried all throughout pregnancy, i had all the symptoms in the world & it still sadly ended in MC. Some women never have symptoms & have a perfectly healthy little baby :) every pregnancy is different, youv probably jinxed yourself now & all the symptoms will hit you! Hope you have a happy & healthy pregnancy pinkmallow Flowers

Hi Pink,

I also get worried about miscarriage and Google every symptom (or lack of) I have. How far along are you? I have found that my boobs change from one day to the next and sometimes hardly feel sore at all. Have any other pregnancy symptoms disappeared? I've not heard of D&V being miscarriage symptoms but I've read on here (and have personal experience!) of both being very common in pregnancy. I know it's hard to think positively but I agree with Shannon- each pregnancy is different and I know from a personal point of view that I might regret spending my pregnancy worrying constantly, whichever way it goes I know I can't control it. Try to get out for a bit of fresh air and be kind to yourself. If the D&V continues, see the GP to get everything checked out and keep your fluids up. Best of luck!

Thank you both for your kind replies Smile I am 9 weeks so I suppose things are changing all the time! I still have morning (or all day!) nausea. The d and v stopped after 24 hours so i do think now it must've been a bug. Only 3 more weeks til the scan...
