Bleeding after abdominal ultrasound

I'm 9 weeks pregnant after IVF (so I'm a bag of nerves!) I had my 9 week scan this morning which was abdominal, not vaginal. I've previously had bleeding after vaginal scans so that doesn't phase me too much.

Anyway, my scan was all good but I've just gone to the toilet and there was pink blood when I wiped. That was around an hour ago and the blood now seems to be turning brown. Has anyone experienced this? I'm trying to remind myself that everything was ok just a few hours ago but I'm panicking!

I'm sure it's ok but I would definitely call your midwife for advice

As long as it's not red and accompanied with cramps it's usually common, I had that 3 times at 6,9 and 12 weeks. But deffo call EPU and they'll probably call you back in for another scan.
