Hayfever medication

Anyone able to tell me what hayfever medication is safe to take in early pregnancy? I've just found out I'm pregnant with dc3 Grin and didn't suffer with hayfever with my first 2. However I'm demented this year with it. I've been taking citirizine but stopped when I got my BFP as unsure if it's safe. I'm miserable with it though Hmm

Any advice appreciated.

I was told to stop loratadine but continue with nasal spray and eye drops which were actually very effective for me if taken consistently (rather than sporadically as I had previously when also on pills).

I got told off my GP not to take anything until after 12 weeks and not to use the nasal sprays as we injest it. Eye drops were fine. Hayfever Is a bastard!

Called my GP today who said best to avoid and said to speak to the pharmacist about an alternative. I'm honestly due to claw my eyes out Confusedneed something ASAP.

I was told Piriton is ok and Prevalin for the nose. My GP prescribed me a nose spray and antihistamines - absolute lifesaver! Can finally sleep again.
(I am 37 weeks though)

Pharmacist at Boots told me that the nasal spray flixonase (also called Pirinase, I think) was fine to use, but this was after 12 weeks. I just suffered for the first 3 months - was miserable and the constant sneezy, runny nose and stuffiness just compounded my first trimester exhaustion. Really grim.
