I suffered with all day nausea during the first trimester and have had it on and off since. I'll be 22 weeks tomorrow. I now find that as long as I sleep ok and eat regularly it's not too bad. However in this heat I'm really stuggling to sleep at night and even to eat that much. I work an early morning shift and have just called in sick for day number 4 which I'm feeling guilty about. Does anyone have any tips apart from eating little and often and sea sickness bands?
