Diets after pregnancy? Tips?

Hi. My beautiful twin girls are a month old now and i'm dying to get back into healthy eating and wondering if anyone has any good diet tips. I know i need all my energy with the girls especially as i'm up all hours at night so obviously don't want to crash diet but i'm walking them for miles in the pram so i'm getting exercise but my cupboards are full of junk (which i know is the problem). I want to lose the 2 stone i gained while i was pregnant. I've gone from a size 10 to a 14 which isn't massive but if i carry on i'll end up the size of a house.

I am the queen of diets having spent most of my life on them!!
From personal experience (after trying everything) I find Slimming World best - it's also fine if you are either pregnant (like me and still following it with the agreement if my mw as my BMI is over 30) or if you are breastfeeding.
There's lots of classes too - daytime and nighttime and kids are welcome at any I've been too.
You could always google it and have a look at the website - it will ask for your postcode and tell you you're nearest group or - if you don't fancy a group, you can join online.
Good luck and congratulations on your little pink bundles of joy x
