Round ligament pain owww

I'm 22 weeks and I think I have round ligament pain but it is constant and really annoying, does anyone have anything that helps?

I have spd too which doesn't help. The pains are like niggly sharp shooting pains in my hips and tummy.

You can get a support band (bit like a tubigrip) that may help!
