What should I be doing at 36 weeks?

2nd baby. First was 10days overdue despite engaging early and midwife repeatedly telling me I would not last 40 weeks.3 day long induction. Waters broken with me undilated (so I was told at time, current mw says this is not possible)

Been in agony since 16 weeks with spd. Early induction was discussed but we have decided to just go with sweeps from 38 weeks. I couldnt have sweeps with ds1 due to not dilating.

So, is there anything I can do to help this along? Old wives tales included. Ive started raspberry leaf tea and have a birthing ball but thats about it. Any suggestions
