Congrats!! What a lovely surprise!! And after such a long time. I don't think I have ever been so pleased for a stranger... 
I had a similar thing happen in April. Had a failed FET in March, next cycle lined up for May, natural miracle in between whilst moving house, drinking loads and eating all the wrong things...

Basically the same situation, in the middle of having our house done up, not been a saint when it comes to shovelling down vast quantities of food eating all the yummy things and drinking London dry enjoying the odd tipple!
The human body is truly an amazing thing!
