Extreme thirst/headache and very tired

Hello ladies Im 15 weeks pregnant and yesterday I started to get a really bad headache, followed by extreme thirst. When I say extreme, I mean NOTHING can quench it. I mustve drunk 9 pints of water today and still very very thirsty. I know normal pregnancy fatigue, but this is " I had to sleep from 11am-6pm today" type of fatigue with constant headache. This is baby number 3 for me, previous pregnancies both very healthy and straight forward. Im 31 and healthy weight (9.5st at booking apt and only gained 2lb or so since) Can it be gestational diabetes? has anyone with a healthy pregnancy had these symptoms as their typical pregnancy symptoms? I just want to know if this is within a "normal" range of pregnancy symptoms experienced by some women?

I've been feeling VERY thirsty this time around but blooda have been fine. However I do suffer from migraines and it sounds pretty similar to what I feel when I've got one. All I want to do is sleep it off. Give your midwife a phone in the morning just to get checked out. Hope you're feeling better soon xx

I would maybe get this checked by a gp to be on the safe side. a sudden increase in thirst could be pregnancy diabetes, so I have read

Get to speak to your midwife asap, it could be gestational diabetes - i had these symptoms and had it. You don't have to be overweight to get it either ( although i am) i had it in every pg ( all 5 of them spanning 20 years ) and had to have insulin in each one and also earlier each time, better for you and better for lo if you can get diagnosed asap.
