Pregnancy safe cooling foot spray?

Is there such a thing? Puffy, hot feet is not a good feeling and as I've still got ten weeks to go, I can only imagine it's going to get worse. Please help folks!

Have you tried the Mama Mio Lucky Legs product? It's a gel not a spray but I've found it amazing for hot, puffy feet and swollen ankles!

Sanctuary have a mum to be range and that includes a cooling gel for feet and legs.

I bought a few of my pregnant friends the Burts Bees Mama Bee Foot & Leg Cream. They all really like it. I'm planning to stock up on some for me now.
