Boob talk....

Sorry if this is tmi but i'm in a real happy place right now booby wise and I desperately want to know can I do anything to try and keep them as they are?

Pre pregnancy first time I was a pert B and after pregnancy, breast feeding and weight loss I was left with an empty C, the sort of boobs that in a bra look ok but when you took it off and leaned forward they resembled puppies ears!

I'm back to a lovely pert and full breast, probably bigger than ever but I would be happy with my old one's back!!

Can I do anything or is it pot luck and how they are skin wise???

Any tips greatly received! I'm only 18 weeks so i've got time to do any type of routine!!!

xx

No, there's nothing you can do. I don't see how you could think there is. Size increase is down to weight gain, hormones, propped up higher by bump, preparing for milk production, all of which go afterwards...

I just meant the emptyness really, I wondered had I not done something first time around :(

The best thing you can do is buy a good fitting, supportive bra.

There are ligaments in the boob that once they stretch, they don't go back. If you get a bra that keeps them where they are and a supportive wireless bra for bed it should help.

I was a bra fitter from the age of 17 and i had it drummed into me since then! My boobs haven't moved since I was 18 so must be doing something right Grin
