I'm 18 weeks pregnant and haven't been able to keep any food down since 5am yesterday morning. I feel totally wiped out and slept most of yesterday. No diarrhoea but that's probably because there's no liquid in me (I've got dioralyte on the way). Can't figure out if it's a bug/virus or if it's morning sickness? I felt horribly nauseous for the first 14 weeks of pregnancy but wasn't actually sick so don't have anything to compare it to. Any ideas?
