I am now 10+4 weeks and have been suffering with sickness for about 6 weeks now. Was hospitalised last week where I have 5 bags of fluid and antisickness medication and started to feel better, then Monday came and I've gone right back down hill again. Been sick twice already this morning and its only 8:35am and feel like im going to be sick again without eating or drinking anything.
Absolutely fed up now I don't want to end up back in hospital but with how I feel this morning I feel like that's what is going to happen!
Anyone got any advice? I was sick in my first pregnancy but it was manageable, this time is just unbearable!
One very fed up mummy :(x

Oh no its awful isn't it? I'm 17 weeks and gradually getting better. I haven't been hospitalized but have been on sickness meds since 6 weeks and off work for the last 10 weeks. There's really nothing u can do and no miracle cure. All u can do is wait it out. Do u have support? I wouldn't have made it without my dh, he's been great and really patient. My ds is 9 years old now and can fend for himself if I'm really ill but cant imagine how id cope if he was younger. Take care, it will pass eventually xxx

I am just really struggling and sick of feeling and being sick, my whole life revolves around it.
I have a partner who I'm trying my hardest to make understand how I feel and a very supportive family who help out with my 2.5 year old and fortunately he has still been going to the childminder so I have had the days to myself.
Doctor signed me off on Monday for 2 weeks and I'm really worrying if im going to be okay to go back then. I look a state and struggle to get myself ready just to be in the house let alone to go to work.

Thank you for your reply its nice to be able to talk to someone who understands!

There's another board called hyperemesis support, with some really helpful people on. I recommend hunting it Out. It's keeping me going!
