I've got really strange pains today not bleeding thankfully. They've got me really on edge they started last night.

I'm 10 weeks and had a scan two weeks ago to date my pregnancy. Can you go to EPUs with stomach ache or do you have to have bleeding too? I'm worried but I don't want to waste nhs time or take the place of someone who might need it more than me?

you just need to call the epu and ask them. Odd pains are entirely normal at this stage though.
