Heavily pregnant and in need of some pampering - any recommendations in north/east/central London?

I am 38 weeks pregnant and knackered - DH has been away with work recently and DD and I have both been ill. I've got a few hours to myself this weekend and am looking for a nice treatment or other way to indulge myself a bit. Can anyone recommend something they have enjoyed at this stage? Sadly I think both a manicure and pedicure are out as I am booked to have an ELCS.

Elemis Day spa does a great pg massage or full 'experience' with facial and massage, you lie on a massive beanbag, sort of on your side.

Cowshed udderly gorgeous body massage. My pampering of choice. Followed by afternoon tea at the Aethenaeum near Green Park. Tbh any of the big fancy hotels do an amazing afternoon tea and there are often deals. Enjoy
