I've been in denial...

So. I'm 30+3 at the moment, and I think it's only just hit me that I'm having a baby! This is my second baby (DS is 7), and I had just over 5 months of sickness this time around. I think I've been expecting the worst to happen since I found out, and it's only just really clicked that this is a baby and it's actually going to happen! We weren't expecting to be able to have more children, so we freecycled all of the stuff we already had - I've been running around like a headless chicken trying to remember what we need to get. Haven't even thought about names or any sort of birth plan yet! Not seeing the midwife again until the beginning of Feb, so hoping to have it all worked out by then (and possibly even the beginnings of a hospital bag!!)

Is it just me? Does this happen to anyone else?

xxx

I am 34 weeks and don't even have the beginnings of a hospital bag! I had a few scares early on and, like u, just kept expecting something to go wrong. However, reality is starting to kick in now! I am bricking it- it's my first xx
