The tiredness I have ever been during pregnancies was when I was expecting twins. Maybe you've got double the fun coming your way!?

Yes, I'm 11+5 days and feeling awful. Have been off work for 5 weeks and don't see me making it bak anytime soon. Some days I'm ok and manage to do things and next day I'm back to being bedridden. Cant wait to feel normal again xxx

I'm due my third and always exhausted til around 16 weeks. Have never taken time off for it though (just napped as soon as I got in from work when expecting DS and when I couldn't do that for no. 2&3 I just went to bed at 8/9pm!) so maybe it's more than just exhaustion? Have you been to GP recently?

Aww at least you're around a lot of us lot on here that can sympathise. Smile

I'm 19 weeks with my 2nd. I can't remember about my first as it was 7 years ago and apparently a freak pregnancy where I had no tiredness, sickness or pain pretty much.

I had hyperemesis bad this time round from weeks 5-13 which then started to ease with medication finally and I began to get back to normal.

This did mean I was exhausted so I don't know how much was due to that or normal pregnancy exhaustion.

For the last few weeks I have felt better and have therefore had more energy but I still have days where I struggle with exhaustion. Xmas day I napped twice. I couldn't stay awake. Blush

All you can do is rest as much as you can. Go easy on yourself and it will pass eventually.

Smile

Yes!! DC3 here, 11+2
DC1 & DC2 never felt this sick, or had so much physical sickness.

I was being sick a lot, this has now gone down to random days, but the days I am not sick I feel nausea all day.

I am just taking this a good sign and hoping everything is ok.

I still have the horrible taste in my mouth too and feel hungry all the time.

Not holding out much hope for it going in the 2nd trimester but very glad my early stage bad sickness has gone.

I was the same until I went without Pregnacare for a few weeks, I felt like a different person. Tried them again and felt so so exhausted.

Took Tesco Folic acid from then on, I googled Pregnacare & tiredness & it seems very common Sad

I've heard of soooo many people having problems with pregnacare.

It's scary how many people I've heard of feel so much worse when they've been on it and have had all sorts of symptoms until they came off it.

I had a free sample of pregnacare in my bounty pack, I think it was a weeks worth, my morning sickness got so bad I nearly ended up on a drip, it wasn't till I went back to my normal sanotagen mother to be vitamins that I realised it was the pregnacare, within 24 hours I felt better.

Thanks all for the replies. Its good to know im not the only one. I have called in sick today.... I just couldnt face it - im absolutely exhausted and woke up at 3.30 to wrench over the toilet for half an hour. The only time I feel normal is when im asleep.
Called the midwife for blood results this morning but the gp gives them out and cant get them until after 3. Ive also got the worlds worst headache this morning so maybe im a bit dehydrated

Anyone else get sick spots all over their face?

I look like I have a blackeye from wretching.

So glad mine is not every day now.

My doc did prescribe me some anti sickness pills, it took a few attempts to keep them down but once I did the sickness slowly started to get better (although I am still sick every few random days)
