Just that really! We went out for tea last night and I've had severe diarrhoea and vomiting since about 4am. Do I need to do anything as I've never had this in any pregnancy before? I'm slightly worried it could be some form of bacteria that will affect the baby.

Id be inclined to, just Incase its something they'd want to monitor, however in your shoes I'd be fully expecting them to say call back if it gets worse. But it's something I think I'd do anyway. X
