Hip and back pain

Position they will recommend will be "sleep on your left side with pillow between your legs".
It doesn't work for me though. I have mostly the front bit pain. Just today I had one longer walk(1 mile in total). Well, longer than usual anyway. Now I can't walk. I have to take tiny steps, like a baby ones. Hoping it will be better in the morning. confused

I'm 30 weeks and still sleep on my back with pillows holding my knees in a bent upright position.

The physio will be next to useless if they're anything like the one I saw. I really strongly recommend seeing an osteopath if you can. I was on crutches with a belt and knee supports when I was 20 weeks. Saw an osteopath twice and haven't had a days pain with that condition since then.
