I'm 27+3 weeks. Just back from midwife and I'm measuring 4 cm too big. She's going to arrange a scan and also see what my blood sugar levels are like.
Realised I forgot to ask what this might all mean. What if baby is big? What causes that? What's the worst that can happen? Should I start doing anything about it now e.g. diet?
I have been a bit lax with diet and exercise recently with pressures at work and exhaustion. Feel quite guilty if this is doing harm to baby.
