Stomach bug, baby position or something else?

Im 26w pg tomorrow and since Tuesday evening I've been feeling really ropey- nauseous, dry mouth, no appetite but no temp etc.
Wednesday and Thursday I'm ended up working from home as sitting in an office and the smell of people's food, drink and so on made it worse.
Went back today, and since I had lunch I've felt awful- my lunch (tuna sandwich) felt like it just wouldn't go down all afternoon. Came home had a nap then I was sick a bit. Ended up making myself be sick a bit more just to get some relief. Felt much better, but could only stomach about 2 mouthfuls of dinner.

I've been taking plenty of fluids, and aside from REALLY uncomfortable stomach and a bit tired, I feel otherwise fine- no sweating or temp, no diarrhoea etc.

Up until this started I was getting extremely bad heartburn for about a month or so but that had eased off last week. I also never had any morning sickness beyond some mild nausea at the start.

Could it be the baby lying on my stomach or does it sound like a bug? Is it worth going to the out of hrs gp over the weekend? I'm just concerned as this has been since Tuesday.

I was at the midwife on Monday and everything was fine, and can still feel junior wriggling loads- in fact I think he's completely changed position a few times this week.

Has he been moving a bit more since u felt unwell? I had d&v for 24 hours last weekend, and my little one was going nuts, kicking and squirming!

If you are worried, call though. Worth it even just for peace of mind.

He moves loads anyway, I have a wriggler!

I haven't had bowel cramps or anything like that, it's all just concentrated in my stomach area.

I can't comment on whether you have a bug or not but I had hyperemesis and found the nausea eased off a surprising amount when I started taking Ranitidine to control the stomach acidity. Perhaps this might help with your stomach too since you say you you've got heartburn?
