hi, I'm 11 weeks pregnant and have had no morning sickness. I had a few weeks where I felt queasy & really struggled with food, particularly meat. over the last two weeks or so this seems to have disappeared and I feel completely fine. I haven't experianced this incredible exhaustion I hear so much about either. I have no symptoms what so ever & last night convinces myself the baby must have stopped growing inside me.
Would just like to hear some similar, positive stories please as I have two weeks till my scan & don't want to spend it all stressed out! thanks in advance x

Hi Lizzy (great name!!), I haven't had this experience (am only around 5 weeks pregnant myself), but I was worried as I've had no symptoms whatsoever, and have read plenty of stuff that is reassuring. No doubt someone will come along with their own story shortly, but I've been reassured by my two books and too many websites that symptoms can come and go, reappear, or not appear at all. The only disappearing "symptom" to worry about it seems is late in the pregnancy if the baby stops moving.
Plus there was a woman on here the other day who had had zero symptoms and suddenly discovered she was 35 weeks pregnant!! So really, just send positive vibes to your little one and try not to worry.

I had an early miscarriage, followed by a healthy pregnancy. I was actually throwing up with the mc, even though the egg probably never implanted properly. I had no symptoms besides a little tender boobs, a little back ache and mild queasiness with the healthy pregnancy (DS is now 17 months old). Even the boob tenderness only lasted about a week. I am pregnant again and have no symptoms besides mild back ache.

So having or not having symptoms does not show anything really.

Hi Lizzy, I hardly had any symptoms for the first few weeks other than feeling a little nauseous every now and again. I'm now 32 weeks pregnant (and still feeling fine!) I had a mmc last year and had lots of boob tenderness and tiredness with that pregnancy, but this one has been totally different.

I think every pregnancy is different but I do remember how scary the first few weeks are (unfortunately that never really stops!!). Congratulations on your pregnancy Smile

I had sore boobs for the week I missed my period. Then nothing, nothing at all until about 20 weeks. I refused to believe there was a baby there, then I bled at 8 weeks... even after the 12w scan, just felt like a separate image to me. Couldn't feel anything, and felt no different in myself.

Was being told off constantly for lifting things..etc that I shouldn't have been doing, but as I just felt normal, I couldn't see the problem!

30w now and I can definitely feel her, and see her through my tummy, everything hurts, acid reflux constantly..etc...etc now I can't even pick myself up nevermind a bloody box! lol

Everyone is different! Not long until your scan now. It's normal to worry.

I had very few symptoms when expecting my four DS's - apart from a bit of heartburn. I found it hard to believe I was pregnant a lot of the time! I'm now expecting no. 5 (11 year gap) and again no sickness, no heartburn, no mental boobs! I keep doing tests to make sure I wasn't imagining it!! I do have some tiredness but as I'm now 40 and already suffered from anaemia and hypothyroid this isn't anything new and I'm not sure it counts as a symptom. All in all and having read some terrible experiences with sickness on here I think I'm happier this way.

I'm another one with barely any symptoms this time around. I had a vague queasiness and some food aversions for a little while which only turned to sickness during train journeys. I had headaches too but I was also cutting down on caffeine. Other than that - nada. I'm now 22 weeks with two perfectly healthy scans under my belt suggesting there is nothing wrong and baby is apparently practising judo moves in there.

With my first pregnancy I had 'classic symptoms such as morning sickness, heightened sense of smell etc so was a bit worried to be honest but everything seems fine.

Haha, posted too soon!
No symptoms here until I felt movement.
I had similar worries and paid for a private scan at 9 weeks to put my mind at rest.
Now 3 days overdue and very full of baby!

I had no morning sickness at all, I didn't even really feel queezy. I just had bloating and tiredness for the first 18 weeks when I started to feel her move. I'm now 30 weeks and have SPD, crazy indigestion, tiredness and exhaustion, I cant bend or walk for long before I need to pee and don't even get me started on the constipation haha!! Maybe Im being punished now for having it easy at first! Don't worry I'm sure your little one is perfik :) xx

Hi,

I had / have the same worries. I am now 19 weeks pregnant, and apart from this week have a few cramps, I had no expected symptoms at all. Sometimes you feel you are missing out and that it would be nice for baby to send a sign every once in a while that everything is fine. Easier said than done but try not to worry. Every one has different pregnancies. I started the same thread a week or so ago, and had lots of lovely replies from other mums saying they had a really smooth pregnancy and all turned out just fine for them and their baby. So try and enjoy it. Once you have your scan and start to have a bump it changes everything. x

i had no symptons whatsoever and even forgot i was pregnant in the early weeks. please try not to worry, just count yourself as one of the lucky ones, i did! all my scans so far have shown a healthy baby with a good heartbeat. i know its a long slog to the first scan, but it will put your mind at rest.

i am now 25 weeks and insomina has kicked in though...
