I work for an investment bank that offers statutory maternity. I intend to put a business case forward to my employer to see if they would consider enhanced terms and I thought it would be a good idea to give some ideas of what other investment banks offer - so if you work in the finance industry what maternity policy is offered - I'd be interested to hear
