How does everyone get comfortable at night??

I'm 26+3 and I cannot get comfortable in bed for love nor money. Whichever way I try to lie is uncomfortable. It feels like pressure in my belly it doesn't matter if I'm on my left side, right side or back (sitting up slightly). I bought a pillow wedge from
Mothercare but it doesn't seem to help. Any ideas I need some sleep :(

I'm exactly the same now, takes me ages to fall asleep I fidget till I eventually nod off. In my last pregnancy I bought the dream genii pillow, was shite so this time I just using ordinary pillows, much cheaper. This is baby no.5 n totally the last one! It's hard work lol. 26wks on Saturday n can't believe there's 14wks still to go.

I'm 27 weeks and the same. Leg cramps, hip and knee pain make sleeping really tough. I don't like being wedged in with pillows either. I think we are just going to have to accept crappy sleep for the next few years BlushSad

i found the long maternity pillows really helpful if you wrap your top leg over it the pressure in your hips really eases off.
I am 39 weeks now! I got naturally sleepier these final few weeks, but i have a hot milk with honey at night, a long hot bubble bath when possible which normally help. Try to stay away from screens like your ipad/phone MN before bed!
Side sleeping is the only good position unfortunately, u just get used to it...

I have a dream genii pillow but find it useless the way it is always pictured being used. Currently I'm using it up at my head/neck as a really firm pillow, it's revolutionised my sleep but think that must be unrelated to pregnancy! One end goes down my chest and the other down my back and it is quite comfy to kind of half lie back on it.
Then I have a normal pillow between my legs from ankle to knee. I don't generally need bump support but if I feel I do I either pull the leg pillow up a bit or the dream genii down.
I'm 38 weeks btw.

Either my mothercare pillow wedge worked (underneath a spare duvet as it's rather firm) or I was that tired I passed out but I think I had a good (better) nights sleep.

I looked at the dreamgenii but to be honest I couldn't bring myself to pay £45 for a pillow!!

I don't Hmm I am a tummy sleeper, at 35 weeks I can't manage it any more and haven't been able to comfortably since about 25 weeks and trying to fall asleep on my sides is hell. I have to sleep with a pillow wedged between my legs, but within the hour I am awake with burning hips and sometimes kneecaps(?!) Confused so have to flap about like a beached whale turning to the other side and taking my pillow with me. Then I'll need a wee. Then I has to start all over again.

Hell.

I think I'll sleep better once DS is here tbh.

I start on my left side but roll over if the right side seems more comfortable. If my upper back hurts (regular problem for me now) I wedge a pillow under my boobs and bump to take the weight and pressure off and if it's cold I'll lean a hot water bottle against the part of my upper back that hurts.
