Tell me the most emotionally charged movie you've ever seen (to stimulate Oytocin!)??

Apparently, watching an 'emotionally charged' movie can stimulate labour. So something really sad or funny perhaps. Im planning to watch it whilst sitting on a gym ball twiddling my nipples!!!

So I'm interested to know, what's the most emotionally charged movie you've watched? Anything that really made you cry, or laugh etc. Not sure I want to watch a scary film necessarily but willing to try that later with DP.

Obviously I'm scraping the barrel here but I really have tried everything else!

Not sure about how the film is, but I've never cried at a book as much in my life as I did at Marley and Me. Probably only works if you've had to have a childhood dog put down though!!

Steel magnolias is a real weepy. Love actually is sentimental. Never seen Sophie's choice but glean that that's a bit of an ordeal to watch. I'm sure there's better ones but that what came to my mind first.

I wouldn't watch a scary film. You don't want the fight or flight to kick in it delays labour. I always cry at Armageddon. My dp says My Girl. I remember this crazy stage. Dd was 13 days late so I remember the nipple tweaking lol. Good luck!

The Pursuit of Happyness got me. I don't often cry at films, but this one had me snivelling. DH cried at it too, but he cries at the John Lewis Christmas ads

The other day there was a remake on telly with Queen Latifa in it. Utter shite!!

I have sky store movies but not on demand. I'm surprised how many of these films aren't available!!

Marley and Me is nice and cheap, so that's a definite for today.

I've wanted to watch the fault in our stars for a while but it's £13.99 but if it gets my uterus going it's worth it!!!

Please don't watch Sophie's Choice..it is not a weepy, it is devastating.
The Imitation of Life is my favourite sad film..the ending is fabulous and snot enducing all at the same time. Good luck!
