Any nub theorists want to take a guess?

I'm afraid there's a 9 week wait to find out the gender though. 12 week scan yesterday.

Exercise caution! A sonographer at King's told us our son was a girl at 12 weeks.

What is the nub? Where is it? I've tried looking at dds scans and don't see anything although I do have a scan from ds and one picture is literally just his balls and willy

I have no idea pink, it's possibly the bright white line near where the legs would be?

but surely you'd actually have to be looking between their legs.. This is a side on view?!

We just had our doctor tell us at 12 weeks that the likelihood was this baby is a girl (but not to bet the house on it). A white line, viewed side on, that is parallel to the body is likely a girl and one that is at an up to 30 degree angle away from the body is likely a boy, or so he explained it.

We aren't taking it for granted but several of my friends had the same doctor and so far he has been correct....

Thanks. I've heard the same as you Fitzers, I just can't work out if I'm looking at the right line, or what angle it's pointing at.

I'm guessing its the longish white line just down from the tummy at the left of the picture. It seems parallel from the body rather than angling away from it but I'm not my doctor....based on what he said I think - girl!
