How to cope with tiredness?

I am 23 weeks pg and and have a ten month old. I am on school hols so not back to work yet.

Today I have fallen back to sleep after dinner until now (two hours!)

I have so much to do. My iron was on the low side of normal a month ago when checked.

I need to restore levels before I get back to work.

Any advice appreciated.

I wish I had the answer to this. I'm 25 weeks with a 3yo and also on summer hols. I need naps every day but can't as I'm home alone with dd who needs to burn up her energy, I can't get up in the morning and heartburn keeps me up half the night... I can't see myself surviving back at work!
Get your iron checked ASAP. Mine is very high so not an issue. My blood pressure is super low, the doctor just said 'stupid pregnant woman you're tired as you're growing a person' (paraphrasing!). So helpful :(

She can play alone though for half an hour or so while I sit down, and she can take herself to the toilet and get a drink if she needs one. Could be worse :) a 2yo would be much harder!
I'd take the iron now and get bloods done when it's feasible, if you start feeling better you'll know it's the iron helping then :)
