am 25wks and last few weeks my nipples have been really sore. It feels almost like they're cracked, or rubbed raw, or as if there's a fissure somewhere, although to look at them they look normal. My bra sometimes feels like its rubbing them, and I have to re-shift them in the cups, but there isn't actually anything different with how they look.
Is this just hormones/pregnancy stuff? I didn't have it when I was pg last time.
