After ttc for 8 years i finally got the positive iv been longing for on the 15th may. On the 20th i ended up in a&e having an early miscarriage we think i was about 6 week, no need for d&c it was natural. I bleed for a couple of hours then stopped untill a few days later again a couple of hours then nothing, i have had nothing since.
its been 4 weeks since and for the past week iv been having some symptoms very watery discharge for 5 days accompanied by period pains on and off.im certain im gunna come on. I don't seem to have the symptoms of the last pregnancy ie..smells cravings sore boobs, but their is one similar symptom just randomly sneezing.
as you can imagine im scared to take a test, i think it could be 2 early but this pain is not going away and no sign of af. Has anybody else got pregnant so quick ?????

Yes me! I've had three children and three early miscarriages and I'm currently pregnant with dc4.
After two of my mcs I got pregnant straight away without having a period and both of these pregnancies were successful and resulted in dd2 and ds.
If I were you I would test, if you get a positive I would then call the gp and explain what has happened you need to get blood tests to confirm the that your hormone levels are rising, so you will have two blood tests 24 or 48 hrs apart (sorry can't remember which!)
I don't want to worry you but the reason you need to do this is to check that everything came away when you had your mc. If you have retained even a tiny bit it can cause a positive pregnancy test. Hopefully this isn't the case and I think it's quite unusual with an early mc but best to make sure.
Fingers crossed for you, I know it's scary but you need to poas keep us updated :)

it's not impossible at all, in fact I was told that after a MC women could be more fertile for a few months.

Hi shivers I had a MC at 12 weeks in February, and it took 3 weeks for my hormone levels to go down low enough for the test to turn negative again, and for several other women I've talked to they were still getting a positive test result 4-5 weeks after the MC. So I agree with the previous poster that a positive test now wouldn't 100% mean that you are pregnant again.
But then again, it is perfectly possible to get pregnant again the first month after a MC. I think you definitely need to POAS so you can start working out where you are. For me, I had my first period 6 weeks after the MC, got pregnant the second month and am currently 8+4 and looking ok so far (fingers crossed).

There is a thread on the conception board you might be interested in, its for other women who are TTC after a miscarriage, with lots of lovely women there who have been through similar to you
good luck and best wishes xx

Have you done a pregnancy test after your loss to make sure you're down to zero? If so, then yes you're most likely pregnant.
If not, please mention to your GP, so they can check with a scan. Overwhelmingly the likelihood is that you are pregnant, but there is a small risk some traces of placenta are stuck from before and HCG is rising (which carries infection risk). If this is the case it can be easily treated, don't worry.
