Aching all over at 25 wks with dc3

I've been feeling really strange for the last few days and just wondered if anyone else has felt like this...
Started with aching calves - mainly on left leg. Was worried it could be DVT so went to A&E yesterday morning but all ok. By the end of the day the aches had extended to backs of thighs and abdominal muscles. Then this morning I woke up and even my arms ached!
It's as though I've done a major workout though I can assure you I haven't! Moving about has become agony in the space of 48 hours.
Finally, to top it off it feels as though my cervix aches too. A really heavy sensation.
I cant help but wonder how I'm going to last another 15 weeks feeling like this. This pg has been a really tough one :-(
