Im around 7 weeks and literally haven't stopped feeling nauseas for the past week. I constantly feel like I'm about to be sick but never am. I think it would make me feel better if I was! I've got a 3 hour journey then a weekend of conferences and I'm terrified the sickness is going to hit :( any advise? Even just to get me through the car journey? Also I'm huge already! Won't be able to keep it secret for much longer! Anyone else had this? X

I used sea bands when I had long journeys in first trimester, like you felt constantly sick. They deff took the edge off for me. You can get them in any pharmacy for about £10. Also I ate little and often, and sipped lots of water.

Hope you manage ok. I had to do several 4 hour trips with a work colleague who didn't know. Nearly had to make him pull over on the M4, but thankfully opening the window helped a lot!

Hello! I had constant nausea (without actually being sick) until about 14 weeks, hopefully yours will pass much quicker than this! I have to get the bus to work every day, about an hour each way. I found that opening a window and having a supply of boiled sweets really helped. It's also very true about eating little and often, and then just things you fancy...Good luck and hope you feel better soon!

Hi I was like this from about 6-10 weeks it really does get better I promise! Try and eat little and often, peanut butter on toast and salt and vinegar crisps were all I ate at this stage. It really is awful all I can say is it really does get better:)

It will get better. I find eating little and often helps. Yy to s&v crisps, apples orange juice.

Yes that's what I get. It sucks. I regularly contemplate making myself sick to see if that feels better!
Eating little and often helps. sparkling water or ginger tea. I also swig down Gaviscone as that seams to help a little.

Yes, that's like mine. It's ghastly.

At the moment my sea bands are helping and I'm also taking vit b6. The vit b6 has hugely helped. Google for dose etc....
