hello Smile my little man moves around a lot! he has been from breech, transverse to head down but now he has his head in my hip, i really would like to avoid c section as much as I could so I was wondering if anyone did any exercises or any tricks to help their babies engage? thankyou all in advanceGrin xx

Do you have a birthing ball/ yoga ball? Gently bouncing/ rocking on one is supposed to help keep baby in a good position. Staying fairly active - walking lots if possible should help too. Also spending time on all fours e.g scrubbing the kitchen floor.
