Rib pain already at 4wks (third baby)

Third baby/pregnancy.

Only four weeks but I'm getting a stretchy/pulling feeling under my ribs. Upper abdomen, so between the bottom of my rib cage and my belly button.

Is this ok? I'm assuming that everything collapses earlier in a third pregnancy after being stretched destroyed in the earlier two, but four weeks seems crazy early...

I think that needs checking out to rule out ectopic, particularly if it is one sided. Probably more likely to be an ovarian cyst as these are common in early pregnancy. Baby is less than a mm, uterus is well down within your pelvis and relaxin has not really got going yet, so no reason you should have upper abdominal pain.

It's not one sided - it's all over. I'm thinking it might be indigestion related (I'm swinging from slight constipation to slightly loose bowels) but will check up on ectopic. Thanks.
