the cheese and cracker diet..

Any suggestions on food like cheese and crackers thats just as easy to eat but a bit more healthy...

its what iv been living on recently, that and nutella crackers..

Is it down to morning sickness that you are living on cheese and crackers??

Try crudités and taziki (not sure if that's spelt right)

Hummus with pitta as above or with bread sticks.

Celery topped with Philadelphia and raisins.

If you are feeling a little more adventurous then fish finger sandwiches or pitta bread pizza.

At least you can have cheese, for a while I was just on dry crackers as cheese when sick was one of the worst Sad my dh loves peanut butter on crackers, humous also made me sick straight away for a time so that was a no go...

Toast and butter? Dry pasta- with cheese? Ice lollies, cereal? I lived on the above for many weeks. Still have 2 meals which are just cereal and only at lunch can I eat 'real food' worth seeing if time of day affects you?
