23 weeks tomorrow and struggling with my appetite now that belly is getting substantial. I've tried breaking it down to 6 small meals a day, but most days that's leaving me with a grossly full feeling. Worried that I won't get enough calories if I just listen to my appetite, but forcing it on the days when its just not happening feels terrible.
I'm the same at 26 weeks- I try and eat 1 main meal and snack if hungry in between. Fruit I'm fine with, veg really struggling with...spoken to doctors and midwife and neither concerned. If I do eat especially in eve I'm sick straight away so no point. ..
