How often did you feel the first movements?

I am 20 weeks along and started feeling movements a few days ago.
Normally when im in bed or sat on the sofa, but only when I am relaxed.
Not felt anything at work yet.

It seems baby moves around every half hour or so. I Imagined he would be asleep in there most of the time so it seems like a lot.
For the record, im not worried, just curious.
How regularly should baby be moving? What are your experiences?

Sorry I'm still waiting for my movements but maybe he is rolling around in his sleep I know I do I
(or at least used to)

sounds lovely though. I thought I get something at the football yesterday but it may have just been me getting a little over-excited Grin

The very, very first tiny little flutters I felt (18 weeks) were days apart and have got gradually more frequent as time has progressed.

I still (at 24 weeks) feel them much more when I'm relaxing - I haven't started 'counting the kicks' yet but I'm getting used to feeling little bumps on a pretty regular basis now, although when moving about and active they are either less frequent or I just don't notice them.
