Hello! Just signed up to MN so a) nice to meet you all. B) I'm 23 weeks (first pregnancy) and the past couple of days am so uncomfortable I can't sit still or relax - literally feel like my sides are splitting! Is this a growth spurt from the baby? And if so how long might it last? Thanks in advance!
