Eating in the 3rd trimester

I'm still scoffing my face in my 3rd trimester but just wondered if this might be contributing to some of my discomfort. Did you have smaller meals when your baby grew in your 3rd trimester? I'm not overweight but like a good 3 meals (and a few treats thrown in!) a day but think I may be suffering as a result. I wondered if I cut my food intake I may feel more comfortable. Just thinking out loud here!!

With my first pregnancy I definitely ate smaller meals - I can remember going on holiday and we didnt sign up for the buffet breakfast as it was a total waste of money for me. I also only put on 1kg in the last 10 weeks...

Am 33 weeks with DC2 but this time my appetite hasn't dropped at all! I am getting heartburn in the evenings tho so eat less then, but still snack all through the day.

Maybe try cutting down for a couple of days to see if its more comfy?

I can't eat my usual amount. Have terrible indigestion. Am 31 weeks but my stomach looks like it did at 40 weeks with DD and she was huge. I love food but I never feel hungry.
Today I forced
A piece of toast with an egg
A few strawberries
Tagliatelle carbonara (ate 1/3rd)
A hot chocolate
A crepe with a scoop of icecream (threw that up)

I have to admit, I'm still scoffing everything in sight and I'm 30 weeks. I'm not just eating 3 meals, though, it's more like 5 smaller meals.

I've totally lost my appetite in the last few weeks (am 37wks now). Eating is a real chore. Before though if I had a big meal I felt awful, really uncomfy. Now I'm grazing more, eating fruit mostly and one meal a day.
I tend to have toast for breakfast, fruit or soup for lunch ace small dinner. Drinking loads of water and squash and a 500ml bottle of diet 7up a day.

Yes. I am hungry sometimes now (31+5) but choose that over the discomfort I get when I eat enough. Eating little and often helps.
