Im 28 weeks gone with baby no 3 and have a sizing scan this week. This is all new to me as I didnt have them with my first two. We didnt find out what we were have at our 20 week scan but would like to know now so I can get ready it baby is going to be small. Dose anyone know if they will tell me now or if I missed my chance.

I am having regular growth scans and they offer to tell me each time (I don't want to know), but it might depend on the hospital and how pushed they are for time and also the position of the baby, i think?

Yes probably, if they can easily see. I've had 3 extras since 20 weeks and they have offered and confirmed at each one. He isnt shy about showing it though so I suppose it depends on how obvious it is!

Yes they probably will if they can see what they need to, we've had to have a couple of repeat scans due to baby being a little wriggler and every time they have asked did we know and did we want to. Each time we said no, having a surprise this time round x

I think t depends on the hospital ans the tech as i was told no at my 36 week scan but ive heard of lots of women who were told at later scans. Fingers crossed they say yes.

I had to have a growth scan at 36 weeks & she asked if we knew what we were having & confirmed it's a boy (had already found out at 18 & 20 week scans).
