Pain in left hand side of body at 23 weeks.

I started with a bloody awful pain down my left hand side this afternoon, from the bottom (or slightly under) the ribs down to my hip and now it has spread from my side to my back. I definitely did not get this with the first but if is it just stretching would rather not spend my Saturday night in the hospital to be told to take paracetamol. Anyone else had this around mid 2nd trimester? My right hip kills as well. Probably unrelated though. The big pain has been going since about 2pm.

I have this but on my right side, but mine is due to kidney being blocked. Trust it fekkin hurts! Everytime you breathe feels like someones kicked u in the back and it takes your breath away. Cud just be u slept funny last night :s i get strange pains if i stay in one position all night xx
