shooting pains

I keep getting shooting pains in my hips and knees i am only 13 weeks tomorrow does anyone know what this could be? Xxx

I got shooting pains in my legs - fairly sure it's a problem with veins. Wearing compression stockings and putting them up when I'm sitting down really helps. Standing makes them a lot worse!
