small age gaps, how to feed older baby when pregnant?

DS4 is 9 months and still almost exclusively bottlefed. He's got a cleft palate and development delay so really struggling with solids. I'm 23 weeks pregnant and really struggling to feed him out and about. I can do it at home in my usual armchair with my elbow on the arm of the chair and DS4's bum wedged between my bump and the arm. On any other chair I can't do it which is making trips out very awkward. Any tips?

Have you thought about changing how you feed him?? At nine months I think with my daughter she was usually sat in a pram whilst I held her bottle or she was trying to hold it herself. X
