How do you feel pregnancy has effected your body after more than two/three?

I've have three children in 3.5 years. I'm almost 25, carried them completely football shaped, and I'm of petite skinny build. So my tummy muscles are very bad, hence back ache and no core strength. I have a 6cm separation I'm trying to fix. Will take a while as do is only 6 weeks old.

How do you feel having more children has effected your body and well being, is it enough to not have anymore?

Same as you, gap between my stomach muscles causing back ache & achy joints. I can't run anymore which used to be my main way of exercising so have put on a bit of weight which I hate.
Am doing pilates with a physio to try to strengthen my core back up.
Also my boobs are saggy and 'flat' - not sure if this is just due to pregnancy or breastfeeding but I have actually considered getting a boob job which I am almost ashamed to admit because generally I am not a fan of cosmetic surgery so am feeling a bit of a hypocrite!
Awful piles from the last pregnancy which I have had to really eat carefully to improve. Lots of dry patches of skin which flared up (I think due to hormones) and have not gone so far (youngest is 16 weeks).
I could not go through another pregnancy (been pregnant 4 times although have two DC) due to the toll it would take on my body and well being.

I feel ok actually. Have x2 children. Year gap between. I think the main thing was excercise as I kept up swimming until day before birth both times and jogged until 6/7 months, then fast walked still daily.

When babies born I took them jogging with me on pram/ twin jogger and still do now.

I was always just regular shape plus bump and bump fairly small despite big/ average babies

I thought this two after DC1, used to run lots with him in the pram etc. But with DC2 I've had joint problems, SPD and stomach muscle separation that has made running impossible which has made me feel quite low. Am doing lots of walking & pilates to try to build up to it but at the moment it feels like I'll never be the same again. :(

I sailed through two pregnancies - exercised regularly, got back into shape quickly, bit of ab separation that healed quickly etc etc. and that was despite one awful delivery and one ELCS.

Am now right at the end of the third pregnancy and just cannot believe how badly my body has coped with it a 3rd time - awful morning sickness, terrible lethargy, SPD has been horrific, have an ab separation that the baby could probably fit out of, piles, dry skin etc etc Shock. It is bloody awful. I never wanted four but if I did I would have to seriously consider whether me being effectively out of action for 8 months plus c section recovery time was worth it for the rest of my family. I have always been v smug and 'it's not a disease' attitude until this PG, and now I am big tim eating my words.
