I was in your position 7 months a go and felt fine but was obviously pretending as my previously low bp was thru the roof. Shock good luck
Some tips, eat and drink little and often,
don't have any shame pushing the button for a nurse,
see if they have a side cot that clips onto your bed.
Force yourself to walk about slowly when you are allowed up and about
Wear slip on shoes, bending is rubbish
Hold a pillow on your tummy when you leave the hospital as speed bumps are painful
And finally don't be scared when getting your stitches out the relief is amazing!
Enjoy your ds Grin
