Annoying comments.

Almost 17 weeks and haven't been having a smooth ride. Hyperemesis, acne and anemia.
It's safe to say people don't really have a clue about what pregnant women do or don't want to be told...

So far I have been told;
'Man, you look exhausted'
(sarcastically) "Oh you look great"
"Look at that gut! Haha!"

and

"I thought you were supposed to 'glow' when your pregnant"



So, anyone else feel like throwing punches?!

That's awful, I know some people make half hearted jibes or in my mil's case say "you do look rough" out of concern not unkindness tbf but those comments are a bit much. O e say when they aren't looking their best be sure to let them know-I used to do this with a friend who loved to tell you you had a spot etc, she isn't so blunt with me these days bless her. Seems to be the best cure for insensitive people xxx

I haven't told people I'm pregnant and it's working well ( no one will tell you you look rough for no reason).
