SPD massively worse-baby dropped?

Hi I'm 37+3 with baby number 3.
The SPD I have been suffering has become progressively worse over the past few days and today I can barely walk ( just in time for DS2's 3rd birthday party in a soft play).
I'm crap at being able to 'tell' things. Could this mean the baby has dropped?

Don't know the answer but am hoping it is the case for me too! Dc's party yesterday and after standing up for 2 or 3 hours I was in a lot of pain. Couldn't actually lift my legs to get into the car! Better today although a bit stiff and sore. Hoping it means baby lower ( am 38+) rather than just overdoing it!

Yes I'm the same, my left leg is being pathetic! Well hopefully it won't hinder our last few weeks of pregnancy too much!

This happened to me a few weeks ago! I have spd and I actually felt baby move down it was a weird feeling and I could hardly walk afterwards. I ended up not bring able to really move without crying and had to see gp as I was in so much pain couldn't sleep or do
Anything :( he prescribed me codeine-it's a godsend! I'm 39+3 now and it's more bareable with the codeine, midwife confirmed it had worsened because baby had engaged I was 3/5ths at last appointment, I managed to go for a walk today which I've not been able to do for at least 2 weeks! If you really are in pain pls see your gp or midwife :) xxx

Yes I was 2/5 at my last appointment last week. Seeing MW on Wednesday so we shall see!
I felt like the baby was burrowing down last night and I've been so uncomfortable today.
You'd think by no3 I'd have a clue, but nope!
